Shipping of Test Kits

• During the ordering process, you may enter a delivery address for your BodyMap test kit. This may differ from your billing address.

• Orders are normally dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Shipping is free of charge within Switzerland.

Sample Return

• The BodyMap test requires a small hair sample.

• The return of your sample to our laboratory is handled via Swiss Post (standard envelope).

• Transport duration may vary depending on postal services. However, hair is a stable material, and seasonal conditions (summer or winter) do not affect the reliability of the results.

Insufficient Sample

• If the quantity or length of the hair sample provided is not sufficient for analysis, we reserve the right to request a new sample.

• In such cases, the analysis will be repeated free of charge, and you will not bear any additional costs.

• You will receive all relevant instructions by email.

Important Notes

• Please ensure that the return envelope is correctly addressed and stamped according to Swiss postal requirements.

• We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services, but we will assist you if a sample needs to be resent.
